When will I receive tracking for my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Can I return my items?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
How do I change the shipping address for my order?
If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped, please email SuiStore@canarymarketing.com and reference your order number in the subject line.
How do I cancel my order?
We are only able to cancel orders that have not shipped. Please email SuiStore@canarymarketing.com.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally to most countries!
The countries that are currently restricted from shipping to are Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, The Crimea region of Ukraine.
Countries that are difficult to ship to and that we would recommend not shipping to are Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Yemen, Ukraine, Turkey.
If your order is over $30.00 and you are shipping to Turkey, you will need to hire a 3rd party broker in order for the package to deliver. This cost will not be covered by the Sui Merch Store.
I don't live in the U.S, but all pricing is displayed as United States Dollars(USD). Will I be charged in my local currency?
For shoppers outside the U.S, please note that while the currency on your order confirmation may show as United States Dollars (USD), our credit card processor will convert this value to your local currency and reflect as such on your bank/credit card statement.
Where is my shipment coming from? Will I be responsible for duty and taxes?
All orders ship from the U.S. and delivered duty paid. If the carrier contacts you requesting payment, please reach out to SuiStore@canarymarketing.com.
When will my order be delivered?
ESTIMATED timelines:
- Domestic Freight = 1-7 business days after ship date, depending on ship to location
- International Freight = 2-4 weeks after ship date, depending on ship to location and customs clearance
